Kimberly Young promoted to VP of Programs
Kids Above All is proud to announce the promotion of Kimberly Young, current director of Emerge, to the position of Vice-President of Programs, effective May 1. In this role, she will oversee the organization’s Early Childhood, Foster Care and Emerge programs.
“Kim’s experience, intelligence, and character make her the ideal person to lead and develop Kids Above All’s programs, ensuring we continue to provide the best possible care for our young people and families by placing their safety, well-being and education above everything else,” said Dan Kotowski, President & CEO of Kids Above All.

In her 18 years at Kids Above All, Young has risen from case manager to coordinator to supervisor to director and now vice-president. She’s positively impacted children in need of early learning, teenagers who are truant from school, young adults who are homeless, and grandparents who are the primary caregivers for their grandchildren.
Young holds undergraduate degree in psychology and earned a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling. She has 27 years of experience in the social impact field, working in foster care, residential treatment, family support and counseling.
Since July 1, 2020, Kids Above All promoted 20 team members within the organization to new or elevated positions.
