Join Team Kids Above All!
Kids Above All is committed to hiring individuals dedicated to helping all kids and families rise up to reach their full potential. This means having a diverse team able to use innovative strategies to create safe, nurturing environments for the kids across all of our programs.
To achieve this, Kids Above All recognizes the importance of celebrating cultural diversity and creating a diverse staff that accurately represents our client base. Our agency ensures that each staff member and client’s ethnic or cultural customs, practices, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, disability, and/or community differences are respected by agency staff.
Each and every day, Team Kids Above All places the safety, well-being and education of kids above everything else. Their impact on the children and families we serve makes a true difference in the community.
To recognize our staff’s efforts and commitment to building a better, more equitable world, Kids Above All honors one staff member each month as our Employee of the Month and Equity Champion of the Month, respectively.
Every monthly winner was invited to a luncheon in October 2022 where the team members in the photo below were recognized as our yearly awardees, as voted on by their colleagues.
