Our Staff

Each and every day, Team Kids Above All places the safety, well-being and education of kids above everything else. Their impact on the children and families we serve makes a true difference in the community.

To recognize our staff’s efforts and commitment to building a better, more equitable world, Kids Above All honors one staff member each month as our Employee of the Month and Equity Champion of the Month, respectively.

Every monthly winner was invited to a luncheon in August 2023 where the team members in the photo below were recognized as our yearly awardees, as voted on by their colleagues.

They are:

  • Employee of the Year: Eneida Cosme (Center Right)
  • Team Player of the Year: Janny Musial (Right)
  • Honorary Employee of the Year: Sharon Thompson (Left)
  • Honorary Equity Champion of the Year: Mike Mills (Center Left)
