Kids Above All has a range of internships available across our programs. Our goal as an agency is to support our interns no matter their experience level and help them grow in their respective fields.

Our Staff
Each and every day, Team Kids Above All places the safety, well-being and education of kids above everything else. Their impact on the children and families we serve makes a true difference in the community.
To recognize our staff’s efforts and commitment to building a better, more equitable world, Kids Above All honors one staff member each month as our Employee of the Month and Equity Champion of the Month, respectively.
Every monthly winner was invited to a luncheon in August 2024 where the team members in the photo below were recognized as our yearly awardees, as voted on by their colleagues. They are:

FAQ
Yes, you will accrue sick time from the beginning of employment. Vacation time will begin accruing after your 90-day probation period. We offer Medical HMO/PPO, Dental, Vision, and many more benefits to our Full-Time employees. See a full list of benefits here.
Currently, Kids Above All does not provide a match, but we do offer a 401K after 6 months of employment.
Bi-weekly, and through direct deposit only.
Coverage will begin on the 1st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
Yes, many of the employees in leadership roles were promoted to those positions. Growth is a major process we take seriously within our agency.
Yes, we do offer 14 holidays off. All group home staff will be required to work and will be compensated double for holidays.
Yes, the probation period is 90 days.
Yes, the majority of our direct staff will need both items. Driver license cannot have been suspended within the last 3 years.
